This was such a great place to stay, perfect setup for families with smaller kids and right in all of the action! We have an 8.5 and 3 year old and not only did the space fit us perfectly, the house had everything we would need and none of the extra stuff that we normally worry about hiding.

We loved staying at the Cozy Canoe! If you want to be in downtown Grand Lake, this is the place to stay. It’s close to a place for dogs too. Dog bowls and treats are provided too. Very close to rMNP! It was a fabulous visit to Grand Lake in the fall.

Love the location so close to town, we can walk everywhere. The cabin had a lot of kitchen items we needed. Everything is modern and clean.This was our second time to stay in this cabin and we will definitely stay here again!

It was our first time at Grand Lake and the ‘Cozy Canoe Cabin’ well exceeded our expectations! The Guest Contact and homeowner were so hospitable and provided all necessary information for my stay. When I asked questions, they responded instantly!
Now the cabin itself is truly a winter getaway! You feel very much at home. The cabin is really clean, like meticulously clean. It has all amenities that you’d need for your family and I was impressed by how well-equipped and of high quality that the kitchen essentials were. The beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! By far one of the most best sleeps ever that I had to ask where they bought their pillows and mattress, Haha! The photos doesn’t do it justice. The details in the cabin and the structure is just amazing – you can tell a lot of thought went into the home.
The location is truly breathtaking. You’re literally in the heart of Grand Lake just two blocks from the lake and walking distance from stores and places to grab a bite.
This is easily a 5-star property! My little family called it “our Grand Lake family vacation home” and it’s a guarantee we will be back and bringing more of the family!
